Louis metro area. As a 1099 subcontractor, you will manage commercial roof installations including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and coatings, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Office buildings, retail centers, multi-family complexes, warehouses, and institutions offer

Qualifications

• Proven commercial roofing experience and technical expertise.
• OSHA-compliant safety standards and use of fall protection/PPE.
• Clean, organized, and efficient job sites.
• Professional communication with site supervisors and property managers.
• Commitment to schedule, quality, and craftsmanship.
• Crew staffing and installation methods meet codes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Best Choice Roofing to perform commercial roofing projects.
• Install TPO, EPDM, PVC single-ply systems as applicable.
• Handle roof tear-offs, reroofs, and related edge metal work.
• Apply roof coatings and light sheet metal work as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness throughout projects.
• Coordinate with site managers and property owners for timely completion.
