What You’d Be Doing

• Diagnose and solve roof leaks on multiple types of commercial roof systems.
• Perform emergency roof repairs.
• Correctly install roofing materials to perform repairs as per industry standards, including metal flashings.
• Maintain good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Enter project findings and photos into Centerpoint Connect / CRM software.
• Maintain fleet requirements, including vehicle cleanliness, inventory, safe driving, and maintenance.
• Update time clock entries in Paylocity.
• Train Service Operation Technician II in roof leak repairs, small scopes of roof maintenance, and inspections.
• Document and submit Job Safety Analyses, inventory transfer sheets, and inspection forms.
• Perform site setups and cleanup after work completion.
• Perform all work safely.

Requirements

You're probably a match if you have:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work from various heights.
• Proficiency in safety protocols.
• Ability to identify roof deficiencies.
• Good communication and professional appearance.
• Experience with CRM software.

Work Location and Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexible scheduling.
• In-office position, not remote.
