Job summary

Empire Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to lead crews in Tulsa & Oklahoma City, performing leak investigations, repairs, and replacements across BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and metal systems.

You will inspect sites, coordinate with the service crew leader, and ensure safety and quality on all projects. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of leadership in commercial roofing, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and strong communication with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and in different weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal.
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, assist in training of crew members and complete required paperwork.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary

You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
