David M. Maines & Associates seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to generate service and maintenance opportunities, focusing on value-based selling and margin protection for clients across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will collaborate with estimating and operations to scope projects, present proposals, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while building lasting relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience or 5+ years in B2B construction sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Ability to sell on value and protect margins.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territory.
• Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions; partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping.
• Close sales while maintaining target gross margins.
• Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors; maintain CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts.
