Job summary

Tecta America Colorado LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Service Foreman to lead the service crew, inspect leaks, and coordinate repairs across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal roofing systems. You will manage projects from start to finish and ensure craftsmanship of the highest standard.

You will uphold safety guidelines, communicate effectively with clients and supervisors, and train crew members as needed; travel is required. Competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Excellent communication with clients, supervisor and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service crew and manage leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
• Oversee removal and installation of commercial roof systems and perform maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure work aligns with project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and manage crew paperwork and meetings.
• Assist in training crew members as needed.

Tecta America Colorado LLC is a premier commercial roofing contractor based in Denver, Colorado, serving surrounding area customers and neighboring states. We specialize in the installation and repair of all types of commercial and industrial roofing systems, including re-roofs, metal roofing, roof coatings, preventative maintenance, inspections, and custom sheet metal fabrication.

We are currently seeking a Service Foreman in Denver, CO.

Pay Rate:$27+ Based on experience

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary:

You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 3-4+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
