Job summary

Katchmark Construction, a Tecta America company, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead the service crew, inspect roofs, and coordinate repairs across EPDM, PVC, TPO, and metal systems in Chesapeake and nearby areas.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory roofing experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and good communication with clients and crew. Local travel up to 1 hour is expected, with a starting pay rate of $27–$32 per hour plus benefits.

• 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Travel: Local; up to 1 hours away.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary

You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
