• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Overview

PURPOSE: Assist Service Technician to diagnose and repair defects in any roofing system with zero-defects and assure all customer needs are efficiently and effectively addressed.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain a SAFE work environment.
• Adhere to Best Roofing Fundamentals.
• Complete work as assigned by the Service Technician.
• Understand product specification requirements.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

KEY RESULTS:

• Properly investigate and solve all service requests with zero-defect workmanship.
• Treat each customer respectfully; provide the BEST customer service possible. Direct customers to Service Technician to answer questions or address concerns.
• Work well with your Service Technician and be willing and able to learn.
