Nations Roof, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. The role oversees large-scale projects from pre-construction to closeout, driving success through leadership, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating teams, reviewing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred.

About the Role
