Job summary

Jobot is seeking a True Sales Hunter to lead commercial roofing projects from scope to closeout in the Salt Lake City region. The role offers autonomy to grow accounts, direct client engagement, and a strong pipeline with a large support network.

• 3–10+ years in commercial roofing or related construction (exteriors preferred).
• Experience with commercial roofing systems (single-ply, BUR, coatings, metal, etc.).
• Ability to estimate, price, and sell scopes confidently.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• Organized PM mindset with a customer-service approach.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to be in the field regularly.
• Ability to pass a background test/drug screening.
