The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager for a premier commercial roofing contractor based in Saginaw, Texas. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background managing complex commercial and industrial roofing projects, including new construction, reroofing, and restoration.
What You’ll Do:
Manage full project lifecycle for large-scale commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution
Handle project documentation, submittals, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement
Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors
Ensure compliance with project specs, building codes, and company quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing project management
Strong understanding of low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofing systems
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects concurrently
Experience with submittals, change orders, RFI management, and closeout documentation
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus Qualifications:
OSHA 30 Certification
PMP certification or similar is a plus
Additional Details:
Field-based role with some office work
Requires regular travel to job sites (primarily regional)
Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops is essential
