We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician to join our team!

Company Overview:

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors, ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range from large-scale new construction to tear-offs, re-roofing, renovations, and ongoing roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.

Purpose:

Hands-on, customer-focused, able to survey roof conditions, diagnose leaks, provide cost estimates for small repairs, and perform warranted repairs on various commercial roof systems.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties.
2. Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial/industrial roofing projects.
3. Lead and train helpers in repair and small construction tasks involving various commercial roof systems such as Single Ply's EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, and Modified Roof Systems.
4. Maintain accurate records of time and materials.
5. Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.

Requirements:

1. Experience with commercial roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, etc.).
2. Leadership skills to train and guide helpers in a team environment.
3. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field.
4. Adherence to safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
5. Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers.
6. Willingness to learn and use company software.
7. Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
8. Basic computer and smartphone skills.
9. Ability to travel locally as needed.
