Nations Roof is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Foreman in Cincinnati, OH. The role covers hands-on inspection, diagnosing leaks, cost estimation for small repairs, and performing warranted repairs on various commercial roofing systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing production or supervision, with a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. Local travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience with BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, and other low-slope systems.
• Experience leading and training helpers in a small team.
• Ability to identify and solve roofing application and repair issues.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties.
• Diagnose and perform leak repairs on commercial and industrial roofing systems.
• Lead and train assigned helper(s) in repair techniques and small-scope construction activities.
• Work on a variety of commercial roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and completed work.
• Represent Nations Roof professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

DIRECT Full-time Hourly Cincinnati OH, Cincinnati, OH, US

Must have current residency in the greater Columbus, OH area for project work on existing buildings throughout the region. A valid driver's license is required, and commercial roofing experience in a Foreman, Lead, or Service Technician role is preferred.

We’re expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Foreman to join our dynamic Service Department.

Purpose

Hands-on, customer-focused professional responsible for surveying existing roof conditions, investigating and diagnosing leaks, providing accurate cost estimates for small-scope repair work, and performing warranted repairs on a variety of commercial roofing systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties.
• Diagnose and perform leak repairs on commercial and industrial roofing systems.
• Lead and train assigned helper(s) in proper repair techniques and small-scope construction activities.
• Work on a variety of commercial roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and completed work.
• Represent Nations Roof professionally and interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in an honest, ethical, and respectful manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience with BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Experience leading and training helpers in a small team environment.
• Ability to identify and solve technical roofing application and repair issues.
• Strong attention to detail with daily reporting and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn and utilize company software and technology.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Nashville area and surrounding communities as required.
