Job Responsibilities

• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and customer satisfaction
• Inspect roofs for damage and investigate leaks
• Diagnose leak sources and perform repairs
• Ensure safety protocols are followed; inspect jobsite for hazards and set up safety equipment
• Communicate daily schedules with the Service Superintendent and customers
• Document roof diagnoses and repairs, including photos and sketches
• Train and mentor junior technicians in safety and repair techniques
