Position Overview

We are currently hiring Lead Service Technicians and Helpers for low slope commercial roofing.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing repairs according to manufacturer specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Inspecting job sites for safety hazards and setting up safety equipment.
• Inspecting roofs for damage and investigating leaks.
• Diagnosing leak sources and repairing roofs accordingly.
• Communicating daily schedules with the Service Superintendent and customers.
• Documenting roof diagnosis and repair procedures, including photos and sketches.
• Training Service Technicians on safety, repair, and maintenance techniques.

This position reports to the Service Superintendent. Tecta offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
