Tecta America New England is seeking a Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician in North Billerica, MA. Under the Foreman, you will install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO and PVC, with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires staying local, operating outdoors in varied weather, and delivering reliable workmanship with strong communication and time-management skills. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but training available.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to climb ladders and move around job sites.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC).
• Work under the Foreman to support crew operations.
• Travel locally to job sites, primarily within the region.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and job specifications.

SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Up to $1500!!!

This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation

Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech Summary:

Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Lead Service Techs are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC.

Commercial Roofing LeadService Tech Requirements:

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.
• Travel: Mostly local; within 1 hour
