Tecta America Jacksonville, a leading commercial roofing contractor in Florida, is seeking a Lead Service Technician in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves installing and repairing roofs across BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slopes, with a requirement of 2 years of commercial roofing experience.

Pay starts at $24/hr and work is predominantly local within 1–2 hours across northern Florida and Georgia.

Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician Requirements

• 2 years of commercial roofing experience
• Experience installing and repairing with TPO, Tile, Modified and Wood working ( Fascia repairs etc.)
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Drivers License
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
