Tecta America New England is seeking Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technicians for our Portland, ME operations. You will work under the Foreman to install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO and PVC, in a field setting with varying weather conditions.

We offer full-time, year-round work with benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Pay starts at 28+ USD per hour (BOE); a signing bonus may be available, and local travel is primarily within the area.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience preferred; training provided for right candidates.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC).
• Follow safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Collaborate with Foreman and team to complete projects on schedule.

We are looking for commercial roofing lead service technicians in Portland, ME!
Lead Service Technician Pay starting at $28+/hr. BOE
Experienced Pay starting at $25+/hr. BOE
SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Up to $1500!!!
This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation.

Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech Summary: Under the direction of the crew's Foreman, Commercial Roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC.
Commercial Roofing LeadService Tech Requirements:

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.
• Travel: Mostly local; within 1 hour
