We are looking for commercial roofing laborers in Fort Wayne, IN!

Commercial Roofing Laborer Summary: Install and repair roofs using various commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Comfortable with climbing ladders up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work according to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofing Laborer Requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial roofing or construction experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States

Requisitos que techadores comercial:

• Disfrutar trabajar en equipo al aire libre con la naturaleza
• Estar cómodo trabajando en condiciones climáticas extremas
• Debe poder levantar más de 50 libras regularmente, agacharse repetidamente, subir escaleras y arrodillarse
• Estar cómodo con las alturas y en un techo
• Realizar trabajos de techado según las especificaciones y reglas de seguridad
• Al menos 18 años
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Conocimiento de sistemas de techo como EPDM, TPO, PVC y pendientes bajas es útil pero no obligatorio
• Experiencia previa en techado o construcción residencial y/o comercial es una ventaja

• Entorno físico: campo con exposición a alturas, ruido y temperaturas
• Esfuerzo físico: estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras, levantamiento frecuente
• Viajes: mayormente locales, hasta 1 hora de distancia
