Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience is required.
• Experience with multiple commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc.).
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial job sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure proper installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, coatings, tile, and metal roofing.
• Read and follow blueprints and project specifications.
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Enforce safety standards, PPE use, and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Complete daily reports and job documentation.

Key Responsibilities
