Job summary

Tecta America, Baltimore, a commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Foreman to lead roofing crews from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction in the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will oversee installation, removal and replacement of diverse commercial roof systems, coordinate with customers, and drive craftsmanship while adhering to safety guidelines. Local travel up to 2 hours is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC is ideal.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Initiative, integrity and adaptability required.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews on installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems.
• Manage projects from start to finish ensuring craftsmanship and safety.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and document daily reports.
• Attend meetings and assist in crew training as needed.
• Track inventory and complete required paperwork.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary

You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports

Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements

• 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening

• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds

Usted sera el lider de nuestro equipos de techado y responsable de la instalacion, remocion y reemplazo de sistemas de techado comerciales. Gestionara proyectos comerciales de techado de principio a fin y garantizara el mas alto nivel de artesania.

Responsabilidades Del Capataz Comercial De Techos

• Retiro y instalacion de todo tipo de sistemas de techo, incluido: BUR, betun modificado, TPO, EPDM, PVC y Pendientes.
• Mantenimiento y reparacion de techos
• Realizar el trabajo de acuerdo con las especificaciones del trabajo y la seguridad del empleo.
• Mantener una interaccion profesional con todos los clientes.
• Administrar el equipo de techado comercial, incluye completar el papelo requerido, asistir a las reunions segun sea necesario, ayudar en la capacitacion de los miembros del equipo segun sea necesario, ayudar en la capacitacion de los miembros del equipo segun sea necesario.
• Seguimiento del inventario y presentacion de informes diarios.

Requisitos Del Capataz Comercial De Techos

• 3-5 años de experiencia liderando equipos comericales de techado.
• La experiencia con todo tipo de sistemas de techado comerciales es ideal.
• Una licencia de conducir valida
• Iniciativa, integridad y adaptabilidad
• Debe poder subir escaleras, agacharse, trepar y arrodillarse regularmente
• Debe poder levantar mas de 50 libras regularmente
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar a diferentes alturas y durante una varidad de condiciones climáticas
• Debe poder pasar la evalacion previa al emploe

Las Condiciones De Trabajo

• Entorno Fisico: Ambiente de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperature.
• Esfuerzo Fisico: Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras. Levantamiento frecuente que no exceda las 50 libras.
• Viaje: Local, hasta 2 horas de distancia
