Roofing Foreman - Traveling

What we offer:

• Pay range from $29 to $34 per hour
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance, 401(k) Plan, Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Three annual bonus opportunities (safety bonus, performance, & company bottom-line bonus)
• This position requires travel; we cover hotel accommodations, travel time, and provide a per diem of $35 per day while out of town.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform work according to safety guidelines and job specifications
• Lead, motivate, and coach roofing crews
• Restore, remove, and replace various roof systems
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and crew members
• Organize, plan, and achieve work goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
• At least 1 year of crew lead or foreman experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to travel out of town/state for 3-4 weeks
• Valid Driver's License (must be able to drive company vehicle)
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Overtime availability
• 21 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Working Conditions:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ascend/descend ladders up to 40 feet frequently
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Load/unload materials from heights and vehicles
• Perform manual tasks like shoveling and cleaning work areas
