Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Production Field Supervisor (Commercial/Industrial Roofing) for the NJ/NY area. You will oversee multiple crews, plan and inspect jobs, and ensure safe, on-time project execution while maintaining clear customer communication.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in roofing supervision, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
• Good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• A valid state driver’s license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews.
• Perform pre-job and post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews and order materials with the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure a safe and compliant job site throughout projects.
• Maintain daily communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute successful roofing projects in NJ/NY area.

Production Field Supervisor Roofing (Commercial/Industrial Roofing)

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a Field Supervisor (Production) in the NJ/NY (5 Boroughs) area.

Job Duties

• Supervise multiple production/service crews
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Planning jobs for labor crews
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects

Qualifications

• Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
• Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
