Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.
• Proficiency in EDGE or similar estimating software.
• Solid understanding of commercial roofing documentation.
• General contracting knowledge.
• Ability to write and review contracts.
• Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, construction processes, and theories.
• Capable of identifying, correcting, and reporting unsafe conditions per policy and OSHA standards.

• Produce profit and loss (P&L) reports.
