Job summary

Roof Services in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to install and repair roofs with systems such as BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM and PVC. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting 50+ lbs, and climbing ladders up to 60 ft.

Requirements include 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, experience with TPO & Modified systems, a valid driver's license, background/drug screening, and base access.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience in TPO & Modified roofing systems.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to get to gain military base access.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope).
• Work well in a team setting and perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ lbs and navigate ladders up to 60 ft and roof surfaces.
• Adhere to manufacturer's specifications and safety requirements.

Commercial Roofers Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
