Winona Heating & Ventilating, Inc. has an immediate opening for full-time journeymen and apprentices to join our commercial roofing team in Minnesota.

No prior roofing experience is required; we provide an exceptional apprenticeship program. A valid driver’s license and drug test are required. Wages range from $43.42 to $54.84 per hour with annual increases, plus paid health, dental, vision, and a strong pension.

WHV Specializes in the following Commercial Roofing:

• Low Slope Roofing
• Rubber & Hot Tar Application
• Slate, Tile & Specialty Shingles
• Sheet Metal, Standing Seam, Wall Panels & Design Built Sheet Metal

Required Qualifications

No prior roofing experience necessary. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a new trade, we will train you! WHV has an exceptional apprenticeship training program for new roofers.

A valid driver’s license and drug test required.

Ranging from $43.42 – $54.84 per hour with yearly increases plus excellent PAID health, dental and vision benefits plan as well as a great pension package! Experienced workers will be paid increased wages.
