Empire Roofing, A Tecta America Company, is hiring Experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanics in Aurora, CO. Pay starts at $20+/hr BOE. Bilingual Spanish welcome. Join a top roofing contractor with a strong field presence.

We value teamwork, safety, and the ability to work outdoors in challenging conditions. Must be able to lift heavy loads and pass background checks and a drug screen. Valid driver’s license and work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC).
• Work well in a team setting and on rooftops in extreme weather.
• Lift 50+ lbs and handle bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Climb ladders up to 60 ft and stay safe on roofs.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safety rules.
