Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, tile, and shingles).
• Work effectively as part of a roofing crew and contribute to a team environment.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
• Maintain a strong focus on site safety and quality workmanship.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.
• Safely climb ladders and work at heights on commercial roofs.

Position Summary

As a Commercial Roofer, you will work outdoors as part of a professional roofing crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. The work involves climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, lifting, and using a variety of roofing tools and equipment.

Employees are trained on the job, with opportunities to develop your skills and advance as you master the fundamentals of commercial roofing.
