Job summary

JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company in Worthington, OH is seeking experienced commercial roofers to join our team. The role involves installing and repairing BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roofs at our Worthington location.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks and a drug screen. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of commercial roofing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Work well in a team setting.
• Work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.
• Climb ladders up to 60 ft and work on roofs.
• Follow manufacturers' specifications with strict safety measures.

Commercial Roofing Mechanic Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
