Rapido Talent is seeking a Commercial Roofer for the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will work on commercial flat roofing systems and may take on occasional residential projects. This is a full-time, year-round role with benefits including health and dental insurance and a 401(k).

Candidates should have at least 2 years of roofing experience, a strong commitment to safety, and pride in craftsmanship. Local projects across the Greater Milwaukee area and a supportive team environment are emphasized.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of roofing experience.
• Experience with commercial flat roofing systems preferred (EPDM, TPO, Modified Bitumen).
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety on site.

What You'll Be Doing

Most of your work will involve commercial flat roofing systems, including:

• EPDM
• TPO
• Modified Bitumen
• Commercial roof repairs
• New roof installations

You'll also have the opportunity to work on residential roofing projects from time to time, making this a great fit for someone with experience across multiple roofing systems.
