Job summary

Inland Pacific Roofing Co Inc in Upland, CA is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Technician / Crew Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience, with maintenance, repairs, leak detection, roof restoration, and coating systems.

You will build and lead your own crew in the field and take ownership of its success. You will be responsible for training less-experienced roofers, organizing daily work, ensuring safety and quality,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Commercial Roofing Technician / Crew Leader

Full-Time | Minimum 5 Years Commercial Roofing Experience

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Technician / Crew Leader to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on commercial roofing experience, with strong experience in maintenance, repairs, leak detection, roof restoration, and coating systems.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply showing up and doing roofing work. We are looking for a leader who wants to build, develop, and eventually run their own commercial roofing crew.

You will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, help train and develop employees, and play an important role in building a successful commercial roofing team.

Build and Lead Your Own Crew

We are specifically looking for someone with leadership ability and initiative.

Our goal is to find an experienced roofer who can help build a crew and eventually take responsibility for running that crew in the field.

• Train crew members in proper roofing techniques and safety practices.
• Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and safely.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Strong experience in commercial roof maintenance and repair.
• Hands-on experience with commercial roof coating systems.
• Strong leak detection and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
• Ability and willingness to lead and train other employees.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to safely work at heights.
• Ability to properly use fall-protection equipment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA or other roofing safety training is a plus.
