Job summary

Fort Wayne Roofing, a Tecta America Commercial Roofing Company, is seeking experienced commercial roofers in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves installing and repairing roofs using BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope materials, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The pay starts at $23 per hour and increases with experience; candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions, and pass background checks and a drug screen. Fluency Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience

• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States

Commercial Roofer Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofer Requirements

• 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience
• 18 years of age or older

Requisitos Que Techadores Comercial

• La experiencia anterior en techado o construccion residencial y/o comercial es una ventaja

• Entorno fisico: Ambiente de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperature
• Esfuerzo Fisico: Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras. Levantamiento frecuente ect.
• Viajes: Mayormente local; hasta 1 hora de distancia
