Job summary

Empire Roofing, A Tecta America Company, is seeking a Commercial Roofer in El Paso, TX to install and repair roofs using BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope systems. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Requirements include 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience, legal work eligibility in the United States, a valid driver’s license, and passing pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and slope roofs
• Work well in a team setting
• Work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with bending, climbing and kneeling
• Climb ladders up to 60ft and work on roofs safely

Commercial Roofer Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofer Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of commercial roofing experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
