Job summary

NCW is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator in Delran, NJ with at least 5 years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects. You will interpret complex architectural drawings, perform take-offs, and develop detailed bids to support project teams.

Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and field supervisors, reviewing manufacturer guidelines, and producing accurate cost estimates using RoofCad, Microsoft Excel, and other estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related math/technical discipline preferred; not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, Torch, Shingle, Standing Seam).

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed roofing estimates.
• Develop accurate labor, material, and equipment take-offs for multiple roofing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and budgets within deadlines.

with a strong background in estimating commercial roofing projects.
