Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator in New Jersey to support a growing roofing contractor. You will review scopes, perform take-offs, prepare estimates, read plans, and collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to price projects accurately.

The position offers competitive compensation ($80,000–$110,000+), annual discretionary bonus, profit-sharing opportunities, and strong stability with an established company focused on long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with commercial roofing systems such as: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal Roofing, BUR (Built-Up Roofing)
• Experience performing take-offs and material quantification
• Desire to grow with a company long term
