Commercial Retainer Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity

As a Commercial Retainer Customer Success Manager, you will support Booz Allen's Commercial segment by driving new business and supporting existing retainer clients. You will contribute to growth in Incident Response and Cybersecurity services, working with clients to tailor solutions and manage the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and technical teams to resolve contractual and regulatory issues.
  • Align Booz Allen's capabilities with client needs to develop cybersecurity solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in business development, sales, incident response, or related fields.
  • Experience with client presentations, sales processes, and account management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Additional Information

Salary range: $86,800 - $198,000 annually. Benefits include health, retirement, professional development, and more. U.S. citizenship is required due to security considerations.
