The role includes supervising staff, preparing budgets, managing outside contractors, and maintaining strong tenant relations.

The position emphasizes 24/7 responsiveness to emergencies, adherence to Policies and Procedures, and coordination with leasing and construction teams to support smooth tenant onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years commercial property management experience.
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• RPA/CPM designation or real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance, and operation of properties; inspect regularly.
• Prepare bid proposals and manage outside contracts; supervise contractors.
• Create annual operating budget and cash flow projections for properties.
• Review rent rolls and operating expenses; report variances to management.
• Coordinate tenant introductions and monitor tenant improvements during handover.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and safeguard property; communicate with management.
