Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all on-site construction activities and teams
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and ensure contract compliance
• Oversee project safety, enforcing OSHA standards and internal policies
• Maintain detailed daily logs and project documentation
• Review project plans, specifications, and subcontracts for potential issues
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedule, logistics, and quality control
• Ensure the successful close-out of each project, including punch list execution
• Act as the point of contact for inspections and client communications
• Respond promptly to job-related communication
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (tenant improvements, medical offices, Class A office buildings, financial institutions, tilt-wall)
• Strong understanding of construction documents and cost analysis
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 and AHCA experience preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to pass the Jessica Lunsford Act background check
• High level of proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings
