Position: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities include performing skilled operation, maintenance, and repairs of heating, plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Providing exceptional customer service and system improvements is essential.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial or residential HVAC experience
• Experience in the energy industry, particularly electrification and sustainable living
• Radiant, Boiler, Geothermal experience

Work Hours and Conditions

• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Work in various weather conditions, may include outside normal hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• On-call rotation (compensated)

Additional Details

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour, 40-45 hours/week. Benefits include 401(k), matching, insurance, paid time off. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Supplemental pay includes bonuses, commissions, and overtime.
