Bromley Parts & Service is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician in Little Rock, AR. You will service and maintain kitchen equipment such as reach-ins, walk-ins, ice machines, and refrigeration units at customer sites, with a focus on customer satisfaction and reliability.

Requirements include hands-on refrigeration experience (3+ years), strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and EPA/CFESA credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration service.
• EPA Certification, HVAC/R license or CFESA credentials preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Keep vehicle, tools, and paperwork organized.
• Rotate on-call shifts with the team.
