CoolSys, a leader in HVAC and refrigeration services, seeks a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our Houston team. You will repair and overhaul equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support installations across diverse client sites with safety and quality at the forefront.

We're offering competitive hourly pay ($30–$58 DOE), a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, extensive training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA refrigeration certification is required.
• Experience in commercial refrigeration is essential; 5+ years preferred.
• Certification from a vocational/technical school is a plus.
• Must have a clean driving record and ability to work independently.
• Emergency on-call availability is required.

Aufgaben

• Repair and overhaul refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment to meet customer needs efficiently and accurately.
• Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions.
• Test malfunctioning systems and maintain work records.
• Assist with picking up, delivering, and installing cases.
• Drive company vehicle safely and follow safety protocols.
• Support other duties and projects as assigned by management.
