Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America in Minnesota is seeking skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial systems. You’ll work hands-on and contribute to a team that invests in its people.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HVAC-R experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer on-the-job training, benefits, and a competitive pay range of $30–$45+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC-R Refrigeration experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Technical school degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
• Perform start-up of installed systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventative services.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and company safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
