Smart Care is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. You will install air conditioning systems in homes and light commercial settings, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has HVAC installation experience, a valid HVAC license, and a valid driver’s license. Work schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with some overtime; company benefits are provided.

Job Overview:

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Residential HVAC Installation Technician to become a vital part of our team. This position entails the installation of air conditioning systems specifically within residential and light commercial environments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction while delivering quality service that exceeds expectations. Job Duties:

• Execute the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that all components function optimally and meet industry standards.

Job Type: Full- Time

Starting Pay: $25 - $35 per hour

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Installer or in a related position
• In-depth understanding of HVAC/R systems and their components
• Knowledgeable in field service operations
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively
• Possession of a valid HVAC License
• Valid driver’s license required
• Committed to maintaining high safety standards
• Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements
