The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri) with On-Call rotations. Candidates must have a KY Journeyman license, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid KY HVAC Journeyman license.
• EPA certification required.
• Driver's license required; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance including testing and cleaning to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to design and implement upgrades following schematics and blueprints.
• Document work performed and parts used for future reference and quality assurance.

Job Overview

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Commercial / Residential HVAC Service Technician to become a vital part of our team. This position entails the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems specifically within commercial and residential environments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction while delivering quality service that exceeds expectations. Job Duties

• Execute the inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring that all components function optimally and meet industry standards. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues that arise with heating and cooling units, employing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance activities, which encompass cleaning and replacing filters, as well as testing HVAC systems to verify their operational efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive maintenance helps to extend the lifespan of the equipment and enhances overall system performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement upgrades to existing HVAC systems, following detailed schematics and blueprints to guarantee precise installation and repair. Additionally, provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns, while meticulously documenting all work performed and parts utilized for future reference.

$30 - $40 per hour

Experience

• Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related position
• In-depth understanding of HVAC/R systems and their components
• Knowledgeable in field service operations
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively
• Possession of a valid Kentucky HVAC License
• Valid driver's license required
• Committed to maintaining high safety standards
• Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements
