Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience with extensive direct client contact.
• Proven ability to proactively address and resolve issues and successfully complete transactions.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and timely responses to title underwriting queries and issues.
• Manage title, survey, and other issues in commercial transactions to ensure timely closings.
• Review and negotiate indemnity, escrow funding agreements, policies, and endorsements.
• Review transactional, organizational and authority documents as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to discuss legal and underwriting challenges on transactions.
