About the Role

This is a commission-based sales role focused on identifying, securing, and managing commercial real estate investment opportunities. You’ll work remotely and independently, using our AI-powered platform to connect with active investors and market pre-underwritten multifamily assets. Leads are provided by the company, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Compensation includes equity potential and shared revenue for candidate referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle transactions across target markets
  • Access exclusive data, comps, and matches via Offerd OS
  • Managing campaigns and conducting outreach to property owners.
  • Engage with institutional investors, brokers, and owners
  • Leading deal execution from discovery to close
  • Representing Offerd’s values, brand, and vision for a new brokerage future

Pay Structure

Unmatched Earning Potential

  • Best-in-class splits: Start at 60/40 (associate level) and scale up to 80/20 once you reach $1M in gross commission
  • Warm, qualified leads provided by the company
  • Equity upside and recruiting revenue share opportunities

Multiple Income Streams

  • Recruiting Revenue Share: earn up to $17.5K per hire/year
  • Equity awards for production, milestones, and team growth
  • Retirement plan for long-term passive income

Next-Gen Brokerage Platform

Qualifications

  • 2+ years CRE brokerage, investment sales, or acquisitions experience.
  • Track record of successful deal-making
  • Active real estate license (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong network, hustle, and deal instinct
