Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in construction project management.
• 7–10 years in commercial construction experience.
• Ground-up base building experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant improvement projects and capital upgrades.
• Coordinate estimating, preconstruction, and design activities.
• Serve as landlord representative for TI projects.
• Coordinate vendor and architect/engineer activities.
• Establish and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
• Oversee close-out and invoicing in collaboration with PM staff.
