The anticipated salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and may include an annual discretionary incentive. SMBC offers a competitive benefits package.
The Associate will manage a portfolio of moderate complexity commercial real estate transactions under supervision, developing a solid understanding of property details and financing structures, monitoring market dynamics and property performance, engaging with borrowers, and supporting the portfolio's growth and complexity over time.
