Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Hybrid schedule in Bergen County/ NYC) (Full-Time)

Location: Hybrid working schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in either the Hackensack, NJ office or New York City office

Salary: $95K - $140K Base Salary

Must Haves:

• Must be able to work a Hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in either Hackensack, New Jersey, or New York City
• Must have 5+ years of experience working as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• Must work currently at a Law Firm that has at least 200 employees in size

Responsibilities:

• Solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
• Candidates must be highly organized, possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A college degree and/or paralegal certificate and 5+ years of experience are required.
