Dorough & Dorough, LLC is a boutique real-estate and community association law firm located in downtown Decatur, GA, seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its real estate and development team.

You will draft closing documents, review title work, coordinate closings, and manage post-closing tasks to support complex transactions for developers, lenders, and clients. A collaborative environment and thorough benefits package accompany this role.

• Attention to dates, deadlines, and closing mechanics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Understand commercial contracts and closing dates.
• Draft deeds, estoppel certificates, mortgage releases and related docs.
• Coordinate closing logistics and file recordation.
• Prepare title commitments and review title abstracts.
• Order surveys and manage post-closing documents.
