Job summary

Ascendo-Resources is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our Boca Raton law firm client. The role demands a minimum of five years in CRE within a law firm and experience handling sophisticated land acquisition, financing and closings.

You will assist attorneys with purchase agreements, leases, closing documents, due diligence, and coordination with clients and vendors. Proficiency with Doubletime is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in Commercial Real Estate at a law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Draft, organize, and manage closing documents for various commercial properties.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate title and survey reviews.
• Maintain and update transaction files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
• Utilize Doubletime software for document management and project tracking.
• Provide research support related to zoning, land use, and other Commercial Real Estate issues.
• UCC searches and filings
• Attend and assist with closings, ensuring all necessary documents are executed and recorded.
